To change dates, or shorten your booking, go to https://www.speedybooker.com/mybooking/. Enter your reference number and password as found on the confirmation email, or log in to your account if you have one, and you can make your amendment (if this option is available) from there by clicking Amend my booking, then changing the dates required and adding or removing the rooms required.

Please note amendments are allowed only if availability exists and some non-refundable rates are not amendable.

Alternatively, to extend your booking, you might find it easier to make a fresh booking through the site, and make a note in Additional Information that you would like to keep the same room, please note that although the accommodation will try their hardest to accommodate your request, retaining the same room is not guaranteed.

To amend the dates of your trip, please go to your booking here https://www.speedybooker.com/mybooking/. Enter your reference number and password as found on the confirmation email, or log in to your account if you have one, and you can make your amendment (if there is sufficient availability) from there. Because we understand that plans can change unavoidably, most properties allow you to amend the dates of your stay without penalty as long as it's the same property, the value of the booking doesn't decrease, and only if availability exists. If the value of your booking decreases, we will need to charge you an administration fee to cover the costs of issuing your refund, and possibly cancellation charges also, depending on how many weeks notice you give. Please see our Terms and Conditions (on the bottom of every website) for more information. Please note that if you are amending the rooms to cover multiple date ranges, this will result in multiple booking references.

To change the name of a guest please go to https://www.speedybooker.com/mybooking/. Enter your reference number and password as found on the confirmation email, or log in to your account if you have one, and you can make your amendment by clicking the Change the name of people in my group section.

To cancel or relet the unwanted booking, please go to https://www.speedybooker.com/mybooking/. Enter your reference number and password as found on the confirmation email, or login to your account if you have one, you may cancel/relet your booking from there or instructions to cancel/relet will be provided once logged in.

The properties on our websites all work independently of each other so it is not possible to simply transfer a booking. If the booking has already been made, the booking would need to be cancelled and then a completely new booking should be made as you wish.
