The Romanesque cloisters are among the most beautiful in Spain. Built around an ancient cypress tree, the capitals are sculpted in an array of designs, many in the shape of animals.
For accommodation, the monastery has 22 single rooms with private baths. Only men are allowed. Make reservations well in advance; the guest house books early.
