During the school year, October to June, the institute hosts female students of the University of Venice. From June/July to September, all guests are welcome.
The guest house has recently been enlarged and restored. During the summer there are 72 beds in single and double rooms, each with a private bath, air-conditioning, telephone and mini-bar. During the winter there are 18 single and 15 double rooms available to all guests.
