There are two types of accommodation offered to guests: The monastic guesthouse which features 6 single rooms and a shared bath. Open only to men, it offers hospitality mainly to religious members or men wishing to share the monastic life with the monks. All meals are taken with the monks. Silence is required after Compline (7.30 PM). St Philomena's Guest/Retreat House: The guesthouse is open to men, women and children. There are 22 singles and 1 double room, baths are shared. Guests are invited to attend daily services.

By car: From London take M4 until its end and then take A40 to A477 and finally A478 following the signs to Tenby. Guests must leave their cars in Tenby. A Park and Ride bus is available from Tenby's North Beach Car Park to the harbour when the Tenby “pedestrianization” scheme is operating (summer holiday period). Car parking is available in Tenby at the Multi-Story Car Park, Salterns Car Park and North Beach Car Park - pay and display. All are within a 10-15 minute walk from the harbour. The monks suggest the first or last boat to the island with the cargo. They are free of charge for guests of the monastery and is usually uncrowded. By train: From London Paddington take a train to Swansea, then change to a train to Pembroke Dock. Get off at Tenby. It is a 10-minute walk to Tenby Harbour. From there take the ferry to the island. The monks suggest the first or last boat to the island with the cargo. They are free of charge for guests of the monastery and usually uncrowded. Note: Boats sail from Tenby’s Harbor to the Caldey Island while St. Catherine’s Island, just offshore, is linked to the town at low tide.
