In the hospedería, there are 70 single and double rooms (104 beds), most with private bath. Rooms without baths have sinks. Both men and women are welcome.
The community became independent in 1873, but continued its original mission of hosting pilgrims to Santiago. Both the church and monastery are Romanesque in style. The church possesses a Renaissance retablo with seven niches and is decorated with conchas (shells), one of the symbols of the Camino de Santiago.
