During the school year (October-June), priority is given to the students of the The University of Venice. From July to September, it is open to all guests.
The property features 120 beds (25 of which are available year-round to all guests, the rest are seasonal) in double, triple and small dorms with 4-5 beds, all with shared bath. Both men and women are welcome but sexes are segregated except in some double rooms.
